We are happy to engage one-on-one with you and get to know your project while we discuss questions and concerns you have. This can be prior to hiring a contractor or right in the middle of the process.

Document Review

We can review bids, proposals, contracts even proposed layouts if you just want an experienced set of eyes or if you have specific questions or concerns.

Financial Advice

We can offer insight into market conditions and the value of your project to know if your home will experience an increase in value or equity based on your proposed project.

Pre construction checklist

We can work with you before your project to help get all of your ideas firmed up to streamline the process once you do find the contractor for you
